A focused, hands-on session covering the two skills that matter most in the first minutes of a cardiac emergency: chest compressions and using an Automated External Defibrillator.
Unlike the fuller BLS course, this session is built for non-clinical staff and members of the public who want to be able to act — confidently and correctly — before emergency services arrive, without the broader airway-management and clinical-context content aimed at healthcare professionals.
