This one-week course is built around the everyday paperwork and coordination load that caregivers and healthcare assistants carry alongside direct patient care — care notes, shift handovers, appointment scheduling, and communicating with clients who don't speak the same first language.
Rather than a general AI overview, each session works through a specific task (writing a shift note, translating a conversation, tracking a symptom pattern) using tools a caregiver can realistically use on a phone between rounds.
